•A 50% NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required when booking to secure an appointment. This is to partially cover our time if you cancel as there’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to refill the spot that was reserved for you.
•Cancellations made less than 48 hours will require a new nonrefundable deposit to reschedule.
•No-shows will be prohibited from rebooking.
•Lateness by 15 minutes or longer can lead to appointment cancellation to ensure ample time for our next client.
